he was born in 1960 and he was born in South Korea

but he moved to Bolivia with family when he was younger  

and interesting point is when he singing his vibration was like singing 'goat' 

LOL 

and first time it was little weird and 'curious how ?' but i feel familiar now 

and this song is full of joy and fun and you can listen to the strange lyrics in the song  

maybe(not exactly) he came to South Korea and release this song last 1985  

and hit in South Korea with the song his unique(?) vibration  

and i think this song was very fine to popular easily 

and this song would be not Korean made .... 

maybe from different country and he just translated the song and record to release 

and he comes to South Korea oftenly and sing on the stage with this song  

and so many fans remember him still and i wish the song does not stop when i listen to the song
