yes they were from SM Entertainment

and they were create to get love from fans and people in South Korea

and they showed typical sound of newer and younger Korean

it was enough to enjoy and complete sound for popular

aim and targeting and promotion was very good and a year later since they Debut

they went to Japan and start new beginning

it was interesting and it was 'The First Try Of SM Entertainment for Japan'

maybe since SM Entertainment produce S.E.S

i think 'Lee Soo Man' aimed and counted .....

because 'Sea (Bada) and Eujin and Shoo'.....3 girls in a team

but Shoo grew up in Japan

i think it was complete great idea

add member who can speak Japanese

and use her to promote in Japan

it such great idea and still so many Korean teams does
