last 2002 in South Korea was very noisy all around 

by 2 girls in 'Gyeong Gi Province Yang Ju' 
  
they were middle school student and not suere but 16 and the other one were 17 maybe 
  
2002 June 13. 'Shin Hyo Soon' and 'Shim Mi Seon'were way to go birthday party of friend 
  
but .....do you know what is 'an Armored Motorcar' ? 
  
yeah when Army groups training or when they're in WAR they ride inside 

and rushes .....  to attack .........
  
when 2 girls walk along the path an Armored Motorcar of U.S Army 
  
(in that time U.S Armies were move to training)  
  
Army didn't mind 2 girls run overed by Armored Motorcar and swollowed   
  
Armored Motorcar was more weighter than 5 tons 
  
2 girls ...... couldn't move and couldn't even scream in that time 

............and dead on the street 
  
have you ever imagine about it ? 
  
sure ......it's not interesting thing to imagine or not  
  
but it was terrible  
  
2 girls body .....and ran over .........Armored Motorcar .....out of recognition  
  
in that time U.S Army Camp in Korea ......they tried to report without basic survey 
  
and U.S Army Camp thought and told 'that's not our fault' and they didn't mind ....  
  
and later Korean people saw and heard and knew from news and angried  
  
and protest that they didn't feel any responsibility about this acident 
  
and U.S Army Camp suggested hold a funeral of 2 girls more earlier  
  
then after funeral they said they will make parents interview with command of division 
  
but after funeral ........

U.S Army didn't make interview just tried to suggest and tell to parents 
  
that they would pay 400000000 WON 

if parents and families not to tell about accident to reporters from medias

and if U.S Army had criminal 

Korean Police able to catch them but unable to hold them by handcuffs 
  
"then how to Korean Police do ?" 
  
have to wait until U.S Military Police came and arrive them

...........suggested to join the war as troop dispatch 
  
in that time South Korean Government minded .......call off or not 
  
and again and again American Government and U.S Ministry Of Defense pressured  
  
are you happy to recieve call to join the war in Iraq ? 
  
are you happy to participate in a war ? 

or if you have to prepare what would you do ?
