in that time he was surprised New Artist and surprised song very much  
  
in Korea Pop Music was full of Koreanized (?)dance music.... 
  
and Korean Pop Music was getting bigger and bigger as 'Renaissance' 
  
various type of song and teams and color of sound  
  
..............and plans filled Korean Pop Music  
  
and in U.S ....alreay 'Boyz To Men'  
  
and other adorable harmonies and similar sounds 
  
and big category of Soul Music and.....type of R&B overspread U.S Pop Music 
  
and later in Korean people tried to follow like American did  
  
Soul Music.....?? 
  
in America ....they also able to have many chances since long ago....... 
  
from Afro American ....and gospel team in churches 
  
little easier to closer make it as popular  
  
but in South Korea .....it was strange stuff..... 
  
some people enjoyed Boyz 2 Men .... 
  
and that kind of sounds......such sweet R&B or something .... 
  
but other R&B artists were strange to Korean  
  
maybe long ago in here Korean Pop Music  
  
...was filled and comprised and made up by 
  
dance music and ballad music  
  
........big 2 types  
  
maybe it would be similar trendy in everywhere 
  
but it was 'Conspicuous' in Korea 
  
because many Korean Musicians did their career  
  
as debut as dance musician and only keep that way  
  
and debut as ballad musician and only keep that way ......... 
  
and later fans and audience complains then they change the plan or something ... 
  
when Lee Ki Chan debut and release his single  
  
personally it was nice surprised .... 
  
m.....some people can't think it's not R&B or it's not orginal  
  
maybe right ....just slower tempo and 'slower' 
  
but it was very polished sound i guess  
  
and he tried it in 1996 
  
i like that song ..... 
  
and i like his voice ...... 
  
i felt different form his voice 
  
but i remember that he was not like often on TV or easier to see him  
  
continuing he prepared his Albums and released  
  
but further and further away from fans and audience 
  
and his Second Regular Album 1997 .... 
  
and his Third Regular Album 1999 April and his Fourth Regular Album 1999 November ... 
  
he seem like still singing and releasing his Albums but people forgot him ..... 
  
maybe didn't even wonder or mind .....maybe  
  
2001 September he prepared another Album with 'JYP' 
  
and released the Album ...... 
  
but react was complete different  
  
maybe was it effect by JYP ? 
  
his Single 'Love Has Left Again' was issue all around in Korea i remember ..... 
  
many Radio Programs were busy to play that song  
  
and he released another Album in 2002 November and Single 'Cold' was hit again 
  
and later 2003 September and 2004 October his Seventh Album  
  
and his Eighth Album was not hit as expected  
  
but 2007 February he released his Nineth Regular Album  
  
and Beautiful Woman and The Three was wonderful  
  
and later he released more Albums his Tenth Regular Album 2008 July 
  
and First Single was 'I Want You To Be Happy'  
  
and 2012 November he released New Single '1:00 AM'  
  
m........his every Singles were hit or great every Singles 
  
but he seem like he can put his own special atmosphere in his song  
  
i like to feel his voice in the song very much  
  
and he make me expect his sounds
