her American name is 'Natasha Shanta Reid' 

and her Korean name is 'Yoon Mi Rae' 

she was born in 1981 and her father was US army and her mother was Korean  

and she grew up in Texas  .US
 
and her father was DJ and since when she was younger 
 
that's why she naturally closer to sounds and music 




1995 'Jeong Yeon Jun '(Korean songwriter and producer) 

he went to US and tried to organize his own group 

but he saw her and tried to take her to South Korea
  
he made 'UPTOWN'and 3males and 1female a group  

later Yoon Mi Rae told but in that time 1997  

she was 15years old  

but hide that age and pretend like 18 or 19 and started work 

and in that time they were totally different from Korean musicians or groups

and they have special point 

because since 1992 in Korea many singers tried to make albums by R&B sounds  

and tried to introduce hiphop Sounds but their sounds was far away from original
  
and it's totally different from sounds that american musicians made and joined      

so later people who knows about sound from US  
or people who enjoyed the sounds from REAL ~ 

they request to Korean musicians more closer to be real

more closer to be like American does and American enjoys 
later when UPTOWN came to Korea and released their album

people were shocked  

and they were not just group and they are such big and page of Korean Hiphop music 

3members are like foreigner
 
and stranger in South Korea

they grew up in US and they can sing in English and rap in English  

and their type of sounds was totally new  
sounds of 'New Jack Swing' and different soul from Korean Pop Songs...... 

they released several albums but member 'Steve'and 'Carlos' had weed  

and later arrested and they had to stop work  

2000 she worked with another female member as project duo

and their name was TASHANIE 

her name was TASHA and another member's name was ANIE
 
and last 2001 she changed her name as 'T' 




and she married with TIGER JK (DRUNKEN TIGER) last 2007 June
it was BIG NEW of Korean Hiphop  

and lately you can see her as judge of 'SUPER STAR K season 3'
